Scotland's Original Sauna-by-the-Sea Experience

We're sauna operators, not just a sauna business. It started with one wood-fired sauna on the dunes at Elie Harbour in June 2022, designed by our founder Judith Dunlop following a lifetime immersed in the outdoor swimming tradition of East Fife and outdoor swimming around the world. That original sauna quickly became known nationally as one of the best places for sauna and wild swimming in Scotland - and it's grown from there. Today we run wood-fired saunas by the sea at three spots on the Fife coast, each offering the same outdoor sauna experience Scotland's coastline does best - proper heat, cold water close by, and people who know what they're doing. Whether it's a sea dip sauna session after a swim or sauna yoga with a view, this is sauna by the sea, done properly.
